Mr. Bronchick is a native of New York, residing in South Florida since 1984. After graduating from the University of Florida School of Law, Mr. Bronchick was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984, and has remained a member in good standing since. Initially, Mr. Bronchick worked with a Miami Law Firm. In 1986, Mr. Bronchick established his own practice in Fort Lauderdale, specializing in real property law, including residential and commercial, as well as in the general corporate and estate planning fields.
Mr. Bronchick has been an unrestricted member of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. for over nineteen years and has attended 19 of the past 22 three day Title Insurance seminars provided by the Fund, and is currently a member of: the Oakland Park/Wilton Manors Chamber of Commerce (past president), the Coral Ridge Kiwanis Club (past vice-president); the Cypress Creek Rotary (current treasurer); an affiliate member of the Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale, Inc.; member of Stewart Title Guaranty Insurance, and belongs to the Florida Bar Sections for Real Property and Probate and Corporate law.
Mr. Naturman is a native of New York and has resided in South Florida since 1981. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Naturman was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987, and has remained a member in good standing since. He began his career as an associate with the Law Firm of Steel, Hector & Davis. In 1990 he joined the law firm of Markowitz, Davis & Ringel, where he became a partner. In 1994, Mr. Naturman left that firm to practice in a firm as a principal partner. Mr. Naturman specializes in residential and commercial law, sophisticated commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
Mr. Naturman’s memberships include unrestricted membership in Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc., the South Miami-Kendall Bar Association and the Florida Real Property and Probate Section. Mr Naturman has also served as an adjunct Professor of Law at St. Thomas University. He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Miami, where he served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Miami Law Review, was a member of the National Moot Court Team, and an officer in the prestigious Society of Wig and Robe.
