KENNETH C. BRONCHICK, ESQ

Mr. Bronchick is a native of New York, residing in South Florida since 1984. After graduating in 1981 from the State University of New York at Albany, he then attended and graduated the University of Florida School of Law in April, 1984. Mr. Bronchick was admitted to the Florida Bar a few months later in 1984, and has remained a member in good standing since. Initially, Mr. Bronchick worked with a boutique-sized Miami Law Firm. In 1986, Mr. Bronchick established his own practice in Fort Lauderdale, specializing in real property law, including residential and commercial, as well as in the general corporate and estate planning fields. He has been awarded the prestigious “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell® (recognizing excellence in ability and ethical practice).

Mr. Bronchick has been an unrestricted member of Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. since the late 1980’s, and has attended over eighty percent (80%) of the past 34 annual three day Title Insurance seminars provided by the Fund, as well as attending the one to two day seminars provided by Stewart Title Guaranty Insurance since 2005, to make sure Expert TitleSM is up to date with the current laws, case decisions, and administrative rules set by the State and Federal governments.

He is active in the community, whether business, legal or service oriented, and is currently a member of the following: licensed agent of Stewart Title Guaranty Insurance; licensed agent of Old Republic Title Insurance Company; he is the Charter Organization Representative for Boy Scouts of America Troop 306, Pack 306 and Crew 2306; member of the Broward County Bar Association; and, belongs to the Florida Bar Sections for Real Property and Probate law. He has previously served as a Kiwanian for over 15 years, attaining the position of Vice-President, and was with the Oakland Park/Wilton Manors Chamber of Commerce for well over 10 years, and is a past president. He has been a gold and later platinum fundraiser for the American Cancer Society’s Jail and Bail efforts, he coached and sponsored recreational soccer teams, and he has continued provided pro-bono legal services to US military veterans and the indignant.

Giving back to the community is essential to Mr. Bronchick.

STEVEN H. NATURMAN, ESQ

Vice-President of Expert TitleSM

Mr. Naturman is a native of New York and has resided in South Florida since 1981. Mr. Naturman attended the University of Miami School of Law where he served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Miami Law Review, was a member of the National Moot Court Team, and an officer in the prestigious Society of Wig and Robe. After graduating cum laude, he was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1987, and has remained a member in good standing since. He began his career as an associate with the Law Firm of Steel, Hector & Davis. In 1990 he joined the law firm of Markowitz, Davis & Ringel, where he became a partner. In 1994, Mr. Naturman left that firm to practice in a firm as a principal partner. Mr. Naturman specializes in residential and commercial real estate law and commercial litigation.

Mr. Naturman’s memberships include unrestricted membership in Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and the Florida Bar Real Property and Probate Section. Mr Naturman has also served as an adjunct Professor of Law at St. Thomas University.
